Datalogger

Instrumentation of Geotechnical and Structural Engineering structures is very diverse and Interfels have utilised Campbell Scientific data loggers and designed logging systems for numerous projects worldwide.
Interfels’ data-loggers consist of the basic CR800 or CR1000 with additional modules, combined with power supply and communications kits, all within a steel or reinforced GRP IP65 enclosure.
The flexibility of Interfels loggers offer configuration of large numbers of similar or different sensor types. Each logger is fully assembled in house and tested using a logging program written specifically appropriate to the sensor types for the project in question.
Each logging program is different and Interfels have written programs for a wide range of sensors and projects and therefore a program for any application can be easily and quickly configured according to customer’s requirements.
Data loggers consume minimal power from a 12 VDC or mains power source. The loggers power supply options are site driven and can include mains, solar cell, wind generator or the unique Interfels switched mode AC ‘bus’ system where loggers are located away from mains power and no other source is suitable.
Loggers equipped with GSM or GPRS modems can send text messages to mobile phones should user defined parameters be exceeded.

  • Rugged, low power data acquisition systems
  • Data in simple ASCII file for easy import to monitoring software such as Argus or a spreadsheet
  • Combining data loggers and Argus software results in data from up to several thousand sensors forming a fully mapped, graphical monitoring system
  • Very well established track record on major projects
  • Can be powered from and communicated with almost any source, anywhere in the world
